Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Map the Word. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Digital Products

  • Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link or access instructions.

  • Shipping Fees: There are no shipping charges for digital items.

  • Timeline: Access is typically instant, though it may take up to 10 minutes for the automated email to arrive in your inbox. Please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder if you do not see it.

2. Physical Products

We ship all physical notebooks from Waco, Texas

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

  • Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

3. Combined Orders

If you purchase a physical item and a digital template together, you will receive instant access to the digital file, while the physical item will follow the standard shipping timeline listed above.

4. International Shipping

  • We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
