Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales for digital items are final. Once the file has been delivered we cannot offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations. All files are delivered as pdf files, so you must have the ability to download pdf files if you purchase a digital product from our store.

Physical Products

We want you to love your Map the Word journal! We offer a 14 day return policy for physical items. 

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your journal must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. 
• Damages: If your notebook arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at maptheword@yahoo.com with a photo of the items so we can make it right. 
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for a physical notebook, please contact maptheword@yahoo.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
